Q: How do you exchange?
A: Once you have found an artist you are interested in exchanging and / or collaborating with you can send them an offer using the ‘message’ function you can find on their profile. If they are interested they can message you back and you can organise your exchange.
Q: Why exchange?
A: Artists have exchanged throughout history because it’s inspiring, enjoyable and financially beneficial.
Q: Am I an ‘artist’?
A: We believe that art is anything creative that you make or do (and we think that everyone has a creative worth sharing).
Q: What can you exchange?
A: Anything you want to, if you can create it, share it.
Q: How do I add items for exchange?
A: Once you’re logged on select ‘add an item’ from ‘My listings’ in the left hand column.
Q: My skill or item isn’t in the list of options, what can I do?
A: Send us an email with a suggestion for another heading. You can list yourself under ‘other’ in the mean time.
Q: Can I upload audio / film / image files?
A: Yes, the site accepts most file formats.
Q: Why don’t myspace links display?
A: Myspace don’t allow files to be streamed and embedded from their site.

Q: Can I edit my profile once it’s set up?
A: Yes, you can edit your profile at any time
Q: I’m part of a collective / band, and also an individual artist, can I sign up twice?
A: Yes, but you can will need a separate email address.
Q: I can’t remember my password
A: Go to ‘sign-on’ and select ‘forgotten my password’.
